We appreciate your interest in renting the theatre at City Cinema!

The rental price varies based on date, showtime, format, runtime, etc. An off-hour rental not in place of one of our regular shows starts at $250. As an affiliate to a not-for-profit, we don’t collect HST. During rentals, we offer canteen services and a dedicated staff member to assist you.

We encourage you to bring your own movie, either on Blu-ray or DVD. If you’d like to do a screening that’s open to the public we can assist you in acquiring the license to screen a specific film.

We normally take rental bookings one month in advance. To book the theatre, please send an email to manager@citycinema.ca

Please include your name, the date and time you’re interested in showing the film, the film you’d like to show, the runtime, and any additional requirements you may have for your screening.
